sunny sussex
realised today brake lights arnt working

fault has emerged as 00526 brake light switch f...implausable intermittant.

easy job? or loose wire?

Common fault apparently, but from past experience it doesn't take that long to replace the switch.

yeah, without removing the lower dash it's a hanging upside down with your feet over the headrest job

my astra was so boring compared to my leon... the fun never stops.

so its connected to the brake pedal so i just follow it up and it will be shatteringly obvious what it is? yes?

mork your fmic guide is excellent however it took me all day not three hours. just thought you should know what my level of expertise is

Yeah - I think it's on the front edge of the brake pedal on the leon, but it's been a while since I've looked

all day is ok, first time I took a bumper off it took about 6 of us, many phone calls & all day, and most of the evening
