hi guys, i'm not getting any hot air through the vents only warm air. i've flushed the system and changed the thermoatt and cts. all the pipes are getting hot. i've done the basic setting setting on vcds to rest the flaps. i've taken off the lower panels and on the drivers side the lever works to chge the direction of air but on the passenger side i don't see anything moving.

this is a pic of the passenger side, is the round red thing supposed move to let the hot air through? it moves when done through vcds basic settings (Hvac).

Does anyone have a diagram of the heating system please

Couldn't find a diagram of the whole system for you, but according to elsawin that fault code is for the potentiometer (G113) on sensor (V71) which is item 23 in the diagram below. Might be worth checking the wiring to it.

Gonna try and change the matrix this weekend. Do I need to drain the air con system?

UPDATE: i changed the matrix on the weekend and i now have heat again. its a pain in the arse to do. i tested the old matrix and the bottom half was blocked and not get any flow of hot water. the new matrix was bought from ECP, the connections leaked, i changed the O rings but they still leaked. So i got rid of the plastic elbow connections and cut the pipe and extended them and fitted them directly to the matrix outlet. well it works now and enjoying the heat in the cold mornings.
