Noisy Exhaust

Hi All

I Am Gettin Tortured By A Neighbour Who Drives A Car With A Customised (noisy) Exhaust. Can Anybody Advise Me On A Way Of Sortin The F...ing Thing Out. Is There Anything I Can Stick In The Pipe?

Expanding foam (Homebase is your friend) will sort it once and for all, just make sure they can't pin it on you.

also if possible, place 2 tins of foam on the rocker cover or at the turbo, after they heat up enough they should explode, or weaken them a bit but dont burst, it will fill the engine bay and kill it altogether!!
