Hey all just thought id post up incase it helps anyone else went out to the ibiza and tried to start it last week and found it to crank all sounded good but not starting at first checked for spark there wasnt any spark traced it back and thought it was the coil pack so got a new one fitted and still no luck problem exactly the same after some huffing and puffing we ended up finding it was coming from a fault with the crank position sensor, so got a new one and fitted in the lovely snow one morning then tried all was well running perfect so if anyonecomes across this problem i know the coil pack is common but crank position sensor could be your answer not too bad to replace either
