Hi guys
This thread and a number of others refer.

Well, my Leon has been declared OK by the garage that put in the new short engine etc, etc, etc.
I've been driving it for a while now trying to get used to it.
But while there are no codes I can read and no outward signs it does not feel quite right from a performance point of view!
(readiness tests all pass)
One thing I have noticed is that higher speeds 70
+ there is now a rather throaty sound, I am sure it did not have this before.
It does not seem to pull as well as it did, acceleration is there but not what it was!
So I am wondering what is the best thing to do.
I can't put my finger on what is wrong so its hard to go back to the garage at this point.
Would a proper vag com scan show up more?
Is it worth taking it to JKM and asking them to give it the once over checking that everything has been done right?
Really not sure of the best thing to do so hope my buddies out there can offer advice.
Thanks
Mike
