Seem to be running thin on things left to do the beeza.

Fitted the xenons and the facelif Aero wipers last week and will be fitting the black roof lining and pillars from the cupra and the SCN stickers in the coming weeks.

So tempted to go for an upgrade to the VW sat nav units. or maybe coilovers, seems thats all thats left to do. Any other ideas.

Or i hold fire and start saving for the next car, either a mk5 Ibiza Tdi cupra once out ( couple of years yet) or a 120d Beemer.

should image you will be waiting a good few years for the mk5 tdi cupra! lol

coilovers, or sat nav both good ideas..

what about a simple vnt17 cupra 150 turbo or vnt 2? or you happy with power?

must admit you've done well on making the car, its a v nice car..

Yes agree with redcupratdi, the BMW 120d is a big NO NO. If your after a bmw, then i would say go for the 330d, then take it to allards, as with a remap and fmic, they can achieve 300bhp irrc. Have a look on www.allardmotorcomapny.co.uk im sure i read on there the other day that they had done that. That would be a supre quick diesel then:)

It didn't work too well round the 'ring though if memory serves me correctly. ;) Actually, that would have been quite funny if you had some mad woman shouting at you to turn left or right before the corners.

well not too worried about performance, ummm, maybe i should go for the sat nav, wuld be rude not to fill that double din hole up i supose.

Although 330d running 300 bhp looks very very interesting, especially as its rear wheel drive,

Ant it will be hard to find a SEAT unit. Best buy would be a VW Unit.

@Mr Coyote: It would have been funny if it said turn left here then right.

well i just sold a SEAT sat nav unit, but i am actually after a VW MFD colour one. I know a supplier who does actually have some brand new SEAT colour MFD units, but they are'nt the cheapest. Doh!

Try ebay germany, there are some good sellers on there. As always code is needed. I can PM you a digi foto of how it looks when i get back from the states in a couple of weeks. Figure about 600 Euro's for a colour unit off e-bay. Note that it has to be D or G version.

Did you keep the navi CD of the old one?? If yes it will work in the colour unit's as well.

How did you get on fitting the xenons mate? Easy to do? Or a complete nightmare like I can imagine?
