Im having alittle trouble getting into 1st 2nd and reverse, when i say trouble i dont actully mean trouble selecting the gears its when i come from the neatrul position across down into 2nd or up into 1st, sometimes it just wont go across if i bring it back to the N position and then try again most of the time it will go in no probs. it happens most of the time when coming down from 3rd in to 2nd.
could this be a clutch issue as i thought my clutch was on its way out but i tryed the soapy water trick and that has worked. A selecter maybe? could there be air in system? I hope all this makes sense as i found it a little hard to explain.

How low does your clutch bite? I had this for a while then had to get a new clutch last week.

I would say that the clutch starts to bite half way up then id start moving, Ive also done the clutch test (2nd gear handbrake on etc..) and all was fine, My first thought was the clutch as it was playing up a couple of weeks ago but im getting no slipping since the soapy water trick. think i might try the soapy water again and bleed the clutch worth a try i guess.
