Hi all

I have a icarsoft max bt tool

I can’t see where I can program my door mirrors to fold in when locking one click

Yes they do fold in but have to hold for 4 seconds

Is the obd11 easy to do this

Any help greatly appreciated

Thats like the original Ateca I changed mine using the pro license details on the Ateca thread. May be the one click app isnt working. I took a Spanish thread details.

The mists of time have taken away the images but the text is there. I always recommend code it dont use one click apps for the very reason they can be unreliable. You do need to reboot the infotainment unit after you have done it, long press on and off. It then enables the menu you need to ttoggle on. From memory. You would need to do that with one click apps. These are suppressed menu in the system. Then you'll find something like enable mirrors in which is what normal Vag cars had at that time. This was a rather daft Seat way of doing things. Our Arona 2019 had this, Ateca 2017 not. Coding enables it or one click but you need the reboot.

If the app worked you might just need the long hold on the off to get a reboot then search for the screen on the infotainment unit that says mirrors in on lock. Toggle yes. Failing that proper coding.

I need some guidance: yesterday, among other things, I coded an Audi throttle mod via OBD11. You know, engine, long coding, change one of the first bits from 01 I think to Audi. It seemed to work, got better throttle response but my cruise control stopped working (yellow warning light in it's place).
Now from what I read on this and other forums, cruise control problems with this mod were present only in facelifted Leons or those with adaptive cruise control. My Leon is MY 2016 and has classic cruise control only, did I do something wrong? Do I need to code something additional after enabling Audi mod?
For now I reverted back to what was before and cruise control is working but I lost the throttle response obviously.

Which byte and bits did you change, what were their previous values and the new values you entered?

I could choose between some number, like 01/011, Seat/Skoda/VW and Audi. By default I had the number, I changed to Audi and then back to the default number.

A friend of mine did this exact change on his '14 VW Golf and he lost cruise control too. (Classic CC, not Adaptive). He eventually had to change that back because he was actively using CC.

There's also another way of changing throttle input response. I'm not sure it would provide the same effect you felt but you may try.

Change it from incremental to direct.

It's in steering assistance module but people say it does affect throttle response.

Yea I did this one also, I've read mixed opinions on if it changes anything, I don't feel much but guess it won't hurt to have this on.
With Audi mod the effect was really noticeable, but well I also use cruise control a lot so had to revert back.
