Thats like the original Ateca I changed mine using the pro license details on the Ateca thread. May be the one click app isnt working. I took a Spanish thread details.

The mists of time have taken away the images but the text is there. I always recommend code it dont use one click apps for the very reason they can be unreliable. You do need to reboot the infotainment unit after you have done it, long press on and off. It then enables the menu you need to ttoggle on. From memory. You would need to do that with one click apps. These are suppressed menu in the system. Then you'll find something like enable mirrors in which is what normal Vag cars had at that time. This was a rather daft Seat way of doing things. Our Arona 2019 had this, Ateca 2017 not. Coding enables it or one click but you need the reboot.

If the app worked you might just need the long hold on the off to get a reboot then search for the screen on the infotainment unit that says mirrors in on lock. Toggle yes. Failing that proper coding.

I need some guidance: yesterday, among other things, I coded an Audi throttle mod via OBD11. You know, engine, long coding, change one of the first bits from 01 I think to Audi. It seemed to work, got better throttle response but my cruise control stopped working (yellow warning light in it's place).
Now from what I read on this and other forums, cruise control problems with this mod were present only in facelifted Leons or those with adaptive cruise control. My Leon is MY 2016 and has classic cruise control only, did I do something wrong? Do I need to code something additional after enabling Audi mod?
For now I reverted back to what was before and cruise control is working but I lost the throttle response obviously.

Which byte and bits did you change, what were their previous values and the new values you entered?

I could choose between some number, like 01/011, Seat/Skoda/VW and Audi. By default I had the number, I changed to Audi and then back to the default number.
Photo from the internet but it looked the same, I changed only manufacturer:

A friend of mine did this exact change on his '14 VW Golf and he lost cruise control too. (Classic CC, not Adaptive). He eventually had to change that back because he was actively using CC.

There's also another way of changing throttle input response. I'm not sure it would provide the same effect you felt but you may try.

Module 44 - Steering assistance
Adaptation
Driving profile switchover
Change it from incremental to direct.

It's in steering assistance module but people say it does affect throttle response.

Yea I did this one also, I've read mixed opinions on if it changes anything, I don't feel much but guess it won't hurt to have this on.
With Audi mod the effect was really noticeable, but well I also use cruise control a lot so had to revert back.

Just as an aside (as the setup is different) are you using the VAG App or the OBD11 App

have you tried using the VAG App (You can use both apps) that may make the instructions look like the app.

Ok, Its been a very long time since I did coding on my MK3 but two things to recall.

1/ Pre Facelift and Facelift don't always have the same coding
2/ Do you have the correct sensors installed to support this coding.

Next question is what coding have you been trying to follow and what items are missing, and what year is you motor.

2016 pre face lift. I've tried various guides on here, some were vcds guides others for obdeleven. I've since found the sensor in long coding and managed to choose it. I have got it working and show up in the menus on the infotainment screen. Leaving home now works, but coming home doesn't. I'm not sure if auto wipers is actually working, but it's ticked in the menu.

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to activate Predictive ACC feature on my 2018 Leon FR.
I already have working ACC & Lane Assist.
Asking some experienced people, I got to know that the radar & camera in my car are compatible with the PACC activation.

I went to a retrofitter, he entered swap codes, did some coding.
Everything seemed to be fine and there was no fault in the system.
Standard ACC still works.
Lane assist works as usual.
Traffic sign recognition by camera and speed limit information by navigation works, I mean, in fusion mode.
Menu options related to PACC are turned on in Driving Assistance menu and they are enabled.
But no "curve/roundabout/speed limit change ahead" message was displayed in the dashboard.
Also ACC didn't set its speed to the actual speed limit automatically.
Long story short, our attempt to activate predictive features didn't work out.

Later I was looking up the entered swap codes and I noticed that one of them might be incorrect.
And I thought that if I re-enter the correct codes, the problem might be solved.

There are a maximum of four swap id positions in the control unit.
One for ACC mode selection, one for ACC expansion feature selection, one for Emergency Assist mode selection and one for Emergency Assist expansion feature selection.

I read somewhere that the swap code had to be created & entered for those 4 FEC IDs as a whole, not one by one.
I did some reading about how to create swap code & enter it on the unit using OBDeleven, so I believe I could do it.

Now what I need to know is whether I need to delete the existing swap codes,
or they would be replaced automatically when I enter the new swap code I created for 4 selected FEC IDs at once.

I would greatly appreciate if experienced people around here share their knowledge with me.

By the way, I would happily pay someone, who knows what they are doing, for their remote assistance, but the problem is that the only diagnostics device I have is OBDeleven and I'm having a hard time to find somebody around here or some local garage who owns a 6154A device (which all retrofitters require to assist remotely) and is willing to rent it to me for an hour or two.

So here I am, trying to take care of my problem myself.

Thanks & best regards,
Serdar

Hey did you get Predictive ACC working in the end or what? :) Considering it myself.

Has anyone ever got the Scandinavian DRLs app working on a 2016 Pre-Facelift with the Technology pack? I've tried it before using the original OBDeleven dongle. It went through, but didn't make any difference to the lights. Haven't tried it with the new app and OBDelven 3 yet, if it would make any difference.

Logically OBDeleven 3 vs 1 or 2 should make no difference to this software change.

Are you able to do manual coding, if not have you checked that the original app actually made the required changes
