Anthracite, are they matt or gloss black now? You putting wing mirrors back yellow or leaving black.

How long will the standard suspension last.... I have been looking at the supersport top mounts to keep me happy at the front.

The wheels have had what look like a rattle can job, chipped dull ish crappy paint. Looks like he did the same on the mirrors. So yeah back to yellow on them and anthracite wheels.

The suspension is going oem as I want a nice quite comfy ride. These coilovers need binning.

New suspension has only covered 30k, which is good. Will fit new topmounts and bearings as well as rear axel beam bushes. The doors have the traditional water leak, only minute mind but need sorting, once I get my plate transferred I will wip the front bumper off and look at how they fitted the fmic, as one light sticks out more than the other, should be a case of simple trimming.*

I do need a battery fuse cover as its cracked, and the spare wheel cover, tools and wheel lol.*

small update,


new passanger side air vent fitted, the wrong mats came so new ones ordered along with the bushes and topmount/bearings.


also got a spare wheel and foam tool kit holder for the boot, aswell as a battery fuse holder cover, mine was cracked,


fitted the radio side covers too

found out the car has a miltek back box and centre pipe, also contempating a jetex cone filter

You do remember just how bad the standard suspension actually rode dont you? It wasnt that comfy!

Brakes and suspension should be the investment areas IMHO.

Nice car bud, did you say 4 now? Liked the last one aswell. Have to agree with you, the LCR is a lovely car to drive. Also my favourite too.

bill didnt have jetex cones instock so went for a bmc filter, its red to boot so mathces the other bits.

still trying to find out who mapped the car, its not awsome, its not custom code either...
