OK Lads Show Us Your Knob

I could really do with a new Knob, gear knob that is!
I just wanted to see what you guys currently have. I dont really like the really shiny alloy ones as I have nothing else alloy in the car. I was looking at something in leather, subtle looking but stylish, any pics of what you guys currently have would be good.

Also are the original ones easily taken off, are they screwed on.
