Opening the headlamp

Howdy,

As the title suggest, anyone know how to open the headlight assembly? 2010 Cupra

I'm looking to install a pair of these:

Am I going to have to put a piece of my car in the oven?

There are many guides for many different headlights which are all mostly the same. You will need to heat them to separate the lens from the housing. After this do whatever and re seal them back together, this is tricky as if done wrong, condensation builds up.

If you have the Xenon's you must be careful not to damage those too.

Yeah I've seen the guides, I was just hoping someone knew a way that doesn't involving roasting a piece of my car.
