Original headunit not clipping back in???

i have had an aftermarket headunit in the car for a while and after trying to put it back in

i was wondering if i have taken something out to get he new one in? if so what is it and what does it look like?

anyone got any ideas or piuctures?

is the cage different ???
or, is the unit deeper, so the wiring loom is catching at the back?? Try tucking them down the back of the climate unit??

does it have a cage at all?
inside its just plastic the unit fits fine it just doesnt clip and stay as in you look at it and its in but if you pull it it comes out easy

if its suppost to have a cage then ive lost something but i cant remember

most aftermarket HU's come with a cage, that is the only thing it can clip into.

Try e-bay, or a local ICE store/breakers to see if they have any spares

Try bending the retaining clips out a little bit and try again.
