Parking Sensor removal/replacement

Afternoon all

I know this is a common issue and probably a thread for it somewhere but I cant find it anywhere!

Basically I need to remove and replace 1 sensor that has come up as faulty on a diagnostic

I have the gun metal grey Supercopa FR now so would also need to be painted to match

Any help much appreciated guys n gals!
