parot ck3100 problems

hi all i have recently bought and installed a 2nd hand parrot ck3100 in my seat leon everything was going fine set-up ok and the device paired to my iphone. but when i make a call or receive a call the radio mutes as it should and displays phone on my radio screen but i cant hear anything at all :s any ideas???

mate it will be impossible to tell you what's wrong - did you wire it properly? I had mine all wired up but didn't put it in and just tested all working before putting it all back together....

yea i done that but stupidly didnt try sound etc. ive been trolling forums and i may have it wired backwards, i will look at it tomorrow and let u know

i have used sot lead -976 if thats any help is it the right one?

hi, ive had my head unit back off and checked all the wiring and everything seems to be correct but still no sound. ive plugged the iso leads into my sot lead then into my head unit so all seems to be ok radio mutes when i get a call and the caller can hear me speak but i cant hear anything at all. could it be the blue box thats broken?
