Part Number Help (With pics)

Got a leak coming from where these 2 hoses join.

The seal between the 2 is mangled. Anyone have a part number for it?

The hose runs from the inlet down under the TIP. Saw a schematic for the pcv but it didn't go as far along as this join.

that looks like the brake booster line im trying to change
is that a one way valve on the end or something?

Just a big flanged join. Straight hole right threw. Runs from the inlet manifold threw the bulkhead.
