use http://babelfish.altavista.com/ if you get stuck.

Try using the search function because I think there will be a few posts of it :)

What do you have on your car already?

I have in the car a kit of coilovers (KoniSport), a kit of strut braces (front-up and down and rear-up) (sparco)...

In the motor, just a replacement K&N filter...

Bye and thank's...

An Anti Roll Bar (sway bar) not to be confused with a rollcage.

I have a rollcage in my everyday car:D

You could me place photos here to see the differences? It's that as said, I don't say great thing in English…

Already I understood the difference… but it's that here in Portugal the English name “roll bar” is used exactly to identify to the roll cage…

I have this bars in my car:

and this coilovers:

Which marks are that they have these bars (roll bar)?

eibach make them.
They are worth having if you are after better handling ive heard.
If you search for anti roll bar fitting or something like that, youll find threads about them.
Also i dont think you can get a SEAT IBIZA anti roll bar, so you would have to go for a GOLF anti roll bar... If you are unsure, start a new thread about them and people will help you. There are a few extra bits you will need if you buy a GOLF anti roll bar however

Excuse but I did not understand many things of what you wrote… It leaves to see me if I understood something, the bars for golf III are equal for Ibiza? It will be this? I say this, therefore I did not find nothing for Ibiza of eibach…

sorry i tried to make it simple
i think these are what you need by an anti roll bar kit#

FRONT
http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_details.asp?app=26|G3&type=2&ltype=ns_euro&p_id=138
REAR
http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_details.asp?app=26|G3&type=2&ltype=ns_euro&p_id=711

These are for a mk3 VW Golf
All are from the neuspeed website
http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_list.asp?app=26|G3&type=2&ltype=ns_euro

To fit the rear anti roll bar you will need some BRACKETS.
send a PM (private message) to (ibizacupra)

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=212

and explain you need BRACKETS TO FIT A REAR ANTI ROLL BAR FROM A MK3 GOLF TO FIT A MK2 SEAT IBIZA.

scroll down the page and have a look at what they are.

Hope this is easier to understand

Now I understood better everything what you said…

If to buy for example, the kit of eibach the only difference for what I understood will be in the back axle, right?

It will be that you obtain me to explain that is that I will have q to change or to adapt in the kit to obtain to mount it in my car?

To only see if I obtain to arrange this material for Portugal here…
