Passenger door wont open

Hi newbie here just bought a ibiza chill 1.4 5 door last night
and when i got home the passanger door wont open
so i phoned the guy i bought it from he said it just happened last week
anyone know anything how to fix it
do i need to get the door panel off
if so how do i do that

Is it ment to have central locking could be broken on the passenger side.

Hi central locking is working all the buttons go up and down
ok must be the lock mechanics . try and get the door panel
off with the door shut

take the seat out mate give ya a bit more room to have a poke about.
