F is the same as mine and has 2 check valves in it.
I know its not the cleanest but have you tried blowing through your old one? The smaller hole that the corrigated pipe goes on.
If you can blow through it then its totally knackered

Hi mate, no it has made no difference. I might change all the coil packs for OEM one's rather than cheapo ones. Might change the plugs again at the same time. Got to get the cambelt changed, oh and the cam lobe follower. Plus fit the Milltek down pipe, and get a HPFP. LOL.
Not expecting it to make any difference either.
What do you mean cheapo coilpacks??
None OEM type coil packs. Hopefully that will cure it.
