PD 130 20-100mph acceleration

nice clean linear acceleration to 100mph, not bad for a lardy mkiv

Mods to this car, turbodynamics stage 2 turbo, Fmic, uprated sachs clutch.

Looks pretty quick

Plus it was nearer 24MPH to 100MPH

I'm on one Sunday. It will be my 3rd RR session in the past 4 or 5 weeks. Overkill? Naaaah, I enjoy them.

I'll soon be able to do "gas on / gas off" RR runs, showing what effect LPG powershot has on a TDI.

How much will the Shot of LPG give you? And can you now class this car as a hybrid as it runs on Gas

Good question. I know it puts more gas in the higher the boost, so its a very progressive system.... Not sure on the hybrid thing - what benefits are out there for hybrid cars? I imagine there's not many hybrid TDIs out and about.

Just keep an eye on your boost gauge mate when you set it up as my boost went from 2.2 bar to 2.4 bar when i added a little propane to my cupra engine. Dont want the turbo to go bang and have to replace it with a bigger one do you?

Aye I shall. Boost is set to 1.8 at the moment, although I see 2 quite often. I never realised the fuel inlet is BEFORE the turbo - always figured it was injected somewhere after the FMIC.... But the people themselves said it was a very lean mixture and will not harm the turbo.

I never thought boost would increase due to a bit of gas being mixed with the air though.

DIFT - All that graces my car's ass is a huge BRISKODA.net sticker I had custom made up. Everything else badge wise is gone, holes filled, smoothed and resprayed.
