PD130 running temp

Does anyone know the actual running temperature for the PD130?
After a motorway run my gauge shows a tad under 90, but the reading via OBDII is just over 70.

I know they use a different sensor and the dash gauge isn't very accurate, but is the 70 deg I'm seeing via OBD correct?
I assume 70 is the number the ECU is seeing???

Its the same sensor, but the dash is designed to display a solid 90 anywhere from around 75 all the way to in excess of 100

If its sitting at 70 on a motorway run then I suspect you need a new thermostat

Worth changing the coolant temp sensor for the newer one if it's never been done. Original part was prone to failing

Cool thanks I did think it was abit low.

Just need to find me a sensor now.
