Picked up my brand new Supercopa today

Forgive my ignorance but what is "needle staging" ?
Do the dial needles sweep round the dial then go back to zero when the ignition is turned on ?

^^^^^yep, the needles sweap round and back when you turn the ignition on, like a test mode.

its fairly easy if your computer literate

but you can break your car by inccorrectly coding stuff

I bought it from Sere motors, it was cheaper than the stock one from a UK dealer.

It's about the same as a Tomtom but sadly no speed camera alerts (for tower bridge)

I'm looking into this though and I'm sure some boffin will work it out.

And a pair of snips stored in the boot with the jack and locking wheel nut key.

Ahh but do you have spare tyewraps for when you get that dreaded puncture so you can refit the cover again or are you going to sling it in the boot until you get home

Good call, spare cable ties are now in the boot too.

I've had some PM's about the speed camera update for Points of interest so fingers crossed.

When you say Hovis place I guess you mean the Bakery factory in Eastleigh. Yeah it's just a mile or 2 away. My brother used to work there before it got over run with foreigners.

Well, the new Leon has attracted quite a bit of attention already. Even the bin man this morning was stood drooling over it, then when I popped out of the front door to collect my wheelie bin he asked me all about it and got left behind by his work mates.

Lets just hope that it doesn't get any attention from jealous tossers.
