The tern diagnosis of pollution is totally mis leading.
It is your engine warning light. It could be a possibility of 1 fault from a list of hundreds so its impossible for us to tell you what it is.
The ecu needs reading to determine what fault you have. The fault will then need clearing after problem has been fixed.
If the car is still driving fine, its probably a dodgy sensor.

I would if I knew how.
Will probably have to take it to Awesome as I live fairly close and get them to do diagnostic-unless someone can tell me another way?

You can buy a fault code reader from ebay, £30ish.
This will allow you to read and identify the code and then clear it, or you can find someone who has vagcom to identify and clear the code for you (For free)
Or you could pay a dealer/garage/awesome £40 for 2 minutes work in reading code and clearing it for you.

Quick fix is to disconnect battery for 10 minutes. Reconnect and this will reset your warning light.
Fault will still be stored in ECU but it will free up the engine warning light. If light comes back within a couple of days, it will be the same fault recreating itself so you'll need to take further action and replace the faulty part.
If it doesn't come back on, then ignore it.
