Posting in the for sale section?????

I'm a new member but was after posting a advert in the non-seat part of the car for sale section. It wont let me. Is there a reason behind this?????. How can i do it????

All adverts have to be approved and vetted. ( this takes time, as the admins also have full time jobs and a life ) they must contain all the correct info ie Price, Contact methods etc etc... Also as a noobie, you only have limited priviledges until you become a full member. ( certain amount of posts in the key sections ) ie not crap in the Off Topic etc
