getting some new wheels. going to get them powder coated, in matt black, is it true that matt black doesnt stay nice for long and gloss is better thanx

gloss suits the wheels look good as the are loads of spokes, were mines guna be 5 spokes so matt would in my opinion, plus have a red cupra, any1 got matt etc

any pic of satin m8, is there much diferent to matt, gutted now, would it be ok to keep if you keep on top of them

Same with cast parts - they need to go through a heat cycle in the oven first to let them gas out before you apply the powder.

somebody on here has LCR wheels powdercoated in a shadow chrome finish, i hope the coating stays on ok as i was hoping to get mine done in the same finish. it would look good on my silver LCR.
