i had the same thing with my cupra just a min ago, driving fine, listening to some music, pull up a hill out a junction and it went all lumpy, like it was firing on 3 cyclendards, then all of a sudden after i took another left, it worked fine, and boosted all the way to 20psi with no issues.

Any ideas? i popped the bonnet and could see no problems with hoses. Maybe the ECU fixed it?!

Reminds me of when my MAF was on the blink ages ago. It would just hold back and suddenly the airflow signal would come accurate again and the car would take off. Whilst the MAF is sending all kinds of odd signals to the ECU the car will drive like a bag of crap. :) I suspect the MAF is #1 cause here - in both instances.
