If I am correct I traceed a data somewhere that some engine controllers have engine power reading at measuring blocks. Is this true or not?

Some ECUs have torque, and if you know RPM (which you do) then you can calculate power from torque.

Caveat: Torque is not actually measured by the ECU, it is calculated by the ECU based on air flow and other parameters.

can you share with me which controllers do have these readings.
BTW; isn't engine load aslo torque produced/torque that can be produced in percentage?
