Model Year 25/26 Power window issue

Hi,
Recently I have bought Cupra Formentor 2025 Facelift.
I have noticed that power windows doesn't work up direction after i roll them down completely.
But if i roll them down manually (not all the way down) then the power window roll up and everything works.
This issue happens only on the front doors.
Back doors power window and manually works fine.

I have tried reset the power switch, but it doesn't help or i did it wrong. It seems like when the window get to the down point it stuck the module.

One more question,
The windows doesn't go all the way down on all four doors, is it commmon on Formentor?

I have similar issues on my 2025 formentor, but for me they will open sometimes if I try to close them. Also only effects windows on front doors, also happens sometimes when using comfort windows function from my key. I booked a repair at my dealer, will update when I get more info

Same issue on my 2025 Formentor VZ, gf tried to roll down the window on passager side which worked fine but then when rolling it back up it malfunctioned and still went down. Any news @petrolhead_uk ?

Same car here (2025 Cupra Formentor VZ) and I’m seeing the same thing: sometimes when I pull up to close the driver’s window it suddenly goes down or reverses near the top like the anti‑pinch is overreacting, even though nothing is in the way.

my dealer took in my car for a day and said they fixed it by calibrating the sensors
the issue still persists for me tho and now I have an error on one of the doors
