Ive done searches on here and got nothing. Ive also spoken about this DTC before but got limited response.

I've checked the vag-com section and it relates to the dump valve. But the D/V is fine, its a forge recirc (dont know what model as i stole it off of my mates golf. and now on to my LC :)

I doubt very much that its the d/v that is the problem. What i want to know is how can i check for an air leak and where do i check?

Reason being, (this will sound stupid now) was reading on a volvo website about turbos and one article said about how an air leak can cause the car to run rich creating misifres on all cyclinders.

I do have this problem, when i give it some beans, i seem to get misfires on all cyclinders to the point where my foot is on the accelerator but im not going any where, my speed decreases and then all of a sudden it will kick back in and drive

It misfires in all gears, worse in 5th and 6th. it is NOT the plugs and coil packs as they have all been changed. The MAF has been changed but i might buy a new one for spares on the incase

so can anyone help me on the leak finding mission?

a pressure loss ca occur at any pipe join or where a sensor is introduced into the system could be anywhere mate, worth getting each join checked over manually.
