problems with clutch at Toledo 2.3 V5 (T Reg.)

hi all here:
i just bought a scond hand Toledo 2.3 V5 (T Reg), i found the gear was always shaking, sepecially when i shifting, the previous owner told me that it is because the clutch got some problem, just change the clutch, the problem will be solved.

i have no experience about car mechanism,, so can anyone tell me if the previous owner has tole me the truth.

and also, if possible, tell me where can i buy a good and not-to-expensive clutch which fits my car, and which brand how is the price, my buget will be lower than 200 pounds.

It might be the clutch, or it might be the clutch mechanism not moving enough - check your brake fluid (it's shared with the clutch) to make sure the levels are right.

Clutch kit for your car from German & Swedish will be £125-£140 vat But you won't get it fitted for free, so allow 3-4hrs, plus new gearbox oil (£25ish)
