Hi all, does anyone know where i can get hold of some replacement R badges for my LCR?
Dont like using ebay, and unsure what price to pay at main dealer?
I need 4 in total as want to put one on front grill, if i can get it to stick.

Only real options for you are EBAY and a dealer mate. Scrappies wont help, unless you're happy enough to get new sticky-pads to put them on your car.

Ebay prices are actually close, if not higher than dealers in some cases. Especially when you include the p&p costs.

Dealers are often, surprisingly, the cheapest for these! I think many people automatically assume the dealer will be expensive and eBay will be cheap, so they pay the eBay prices.

When you do get the new badges I'd give them a couple of coats of clear lacquer before putting then on. That should make them last a lot longer. Mine look like water has got into them and they look scruffy.

Mine were the same before I removed them, really spoiled the look. De-badged now though, other than the LEON letters, so no problem :)

Cupra R looks wrong without badges on the side or back. I debadged the whole car, it looked nothing. I took of the Cupra badge, and replaced 3 R badges. Gives the car a different meaning.

The side badges I agree with, gotta have those. But I much prefer just having the LEON lettering. I've even considered removing those though as well. With all the various bits and bobs on the back it just looks cluttered... like they gave the YTS boy a box of badges and told him to go nuts!

Get rid of all the badges, apart from the R badge on the back and sides. The Cupra R looks really aggressive front end, but if you remove the badges from the back, it looks like every other Leon. I think the R, makes it serve a point.

Looked even worse on my Cupra.

Before...went a bit over the top and even removed the plate!

After...aswell as new plates at the time!

The black centre section of the rear bumper makes a big difference IMO. But I do agree, to the untrained eye you wouldn't know the difference. The big give away though is the fact the car appears to be getting rapidly smaller...... ;)

Main dealer. Next day delivery, and you can pay for them once you've seen them. Much better... and more piece of mind.
