These people in orange are there for the love of the sport. They do it in all weather's and conditions. I race for barc. And have been "rescued" me few times hahaha . I do feel every racer should marshal twice a year. Just to see what it is like.
They are not paid for thier services nor are they fed. I know a few marshals and they are brilliant people and highly recomed marshaling
