I had a Boc on order, but cancelled it.
You're probably right. Cant decide on wheels. I wanted to go for TD Pro Race 1.2s, but as pointed out on CGTI they are on about every chav car imaginable at the moment. Which is a shame, as they would make it look aggressive no end.
yea sorry lol. for the extra £700 i just dont think i like it, my mate can do me the wheels in any colour, and i prefer it to say cupra instead of just a b. but i dont know there is something special about a boca. i mean if you sit at the lights in your cupra then a boca comes sits next to you..... its like humph wish id gone for that!!
The seat sport logo is raised.
They are the same calipers as the v6 clio, maybe have a look at them as I think it says AP racing instead as it'll be a ball ache to get the seat logo.
Interesting they are getting rid of the darker alloys, I love them. Any other changes on the new bocs?

OMG can't belive the prices VW are charging for the polo extras!!
My convenience pack includes reversing sensors, rain sensing wipers and auto dimming mirror in one pack, the VW one would be two different packs £295 & £125!! The seat one is one pack and is under £200.
The xenons are £100 more and the cornering fogs are an extra too! Climate control is standard on ours its a £355 extra on the polo.. Wow that has really shocked me. Looks like my spec at short of 18k was a steal!

Climate Control
So its not too bad for me, but that would be £20k retail. SEAT always offer more as standard to try and encourage sales. Always been the case so far. Always will be. SEAT are on their arse though, and VW have given them an ultimatum. Bring their house into order, or they are out of VAG.
The interior quality is much better in the Polo too.
see £18.600 for that aint bad at all really. id only want xenons and racing brakes i think though as i have come to the conclusion i cba to do the work myself and dont want to risk losing the manufacturers warranty by changing parts about.
Can't see SEAT going under to be honest, alot of scaremongering goes on in the motor trade alot made up by motoring press to sell magazines. SEAT have the most modern production facility in group and we have something in the region of £4-5 billion in reserves to see us all through to better times.
5% discount on the car and 10% on options through work. Anyone can get this discount by shopping around a bit though. Its just the main dealers that refuse to give discounts directly, it was the same with the Boc i ordered. That would have been £18k direct from the dealership, so the extra £600 is not really concerning me for the spec im getting.
Also, residuals (although not vastly different) should maintain a slightly higher resale price, and my payments on the Polo GTI are actually much lower than i was quoted on the Boc due to this.
If that does happen it'll probly be me....
