Radiator fan on all the time?

Ive recently fitted a FMIC and noticed that the radiator fan is on all the time even if just driving for a few minutes when its not up to temp. Is it a problem or just something to do with the aircon because it been hot the past few days? Mk4 tdi130

if air con is on the fan will be on from cold and all the time mate turn aircon off and see if its still on
