Radio and Garmin nav not showing anything

Was in car yesterday and my friend turned radio up fully and it just cut out. Took out radio today and fuse seems to be fine, does anyone know what the problem could be?

2. Try reset?...hold On/Off button in till restarts.

Tried that a few times doesn’t seem to work but thanks anyways, might just take it to garage as I’ve got no clue to be honest
