Radio won't switch off automatically!

And the continuing saga of the audio upgrade!

I managed to get the aura HU out (went to Halfrauds and bought the keys). Couldn't get it to work with saw blades or credit card strips.

With the old alpine in place, it appears I have to manually switch it on and off, and does not do it itself with the key.

What on earth do I need to do to fix this!??

check your wiring - and make sure the ignition and permanent live are the right way around.
