Rattley back end!! ???

Hi all, does anyone know of any typical faults that cause something on the car to rattle when you hit bumps quite hard? Could it be the tailgate lock?

It sounds like its coming from the back seat area...

there are also little vent in the spare wheel well that used to rattle like made in my car with the exhaust vibrations and music vibrations so i pulled the rubber out job sorted but could be the trim rattling
