I've noticed that the button on my handbrake has begun to rattle. Is there an easy DIY fix or is it a trip to the stealers?

I've actually experienced the same thing! It starts to rattle whenever I take it to the highway or when its really bad and bumpy tarmac (have a lot of it here in Sweden!) I didn't notice it until now cuz I have been pumping the speakers. Noticed it when I where about to change CD. Really annoying! That type of thing shouldn't be happening year 2009/2010
I haven't got my instructions manual from the dealer when I got the car 3 weeks ago:S It was just missing they said. Hmm weird... so its time for a visit this afternoon.
Yeah, took me a while to notice it too. I routed a stereo cable form the aux socket into the glovebox and thought i may have messed something up and caused one of the panels in the console to be rattling, spent ages pressing and pushing everything i could find to make it stop before realising it was the little button.

I thought it was just me but mine does exactly the same thing! I press it in to try and stop it which sometime works until I hit a bump then it rattles away again. A little shoddy to be honest was thinking of sticking something in to stop the rattle, anyone know how to take handbrakes apart???
