Anyone running absolutely no adjusters at all even without the threaded seat? Wondering if it will be safe I know the spring can't come out of place for it to get through mot so any light shone will be nice thanks :)

I have the adjuster cups out. Its perfectly fine for everyday use as theres more than enough weight to stop the springs coming out of place.

I did have an issue when I got new tyres fitted. They lifted both sides of the car at the same time and the springs became unseated, then when they lowered the car back down, the springs didn't sit properly, so the weight of the car was pretty much on the exhaust. I noticed this straight away though, so no damage was done. Best to warn anywhere thats going to do any work that the springs might fall out the rear lol.

Or you could be 100% safe and leave the adjuster cups in :)

I checked it anyway had back end hanging with the car on axle stands you can move the springs not really easy but there isn't a chance they would come out. Can't have adjusters in any longer, where's the fun in that ;)

Put cable ties around the bottom of the springs if you feel they might fall out.

Its not really a case of them falling out, more that they won't be lined up when you go to lower the car again, so instead of sitting on the top mounting point, they rest on the part next to it which doesn't hold them in place.
