Rear door locked

Hello,

My lock doesn't work often, I want to fix it, I can't remove the panel, the red zone is blocked (I removed all the screws).
What did I forget to do? Or maybe an easiest method exist ?

I found this video that shows how to remove the covers from the window raiser fasteners.

But on my car it's a manual window raiser, and I don't see the fasteners.
