Im trying to fit a replancement rear valance (Made the mistake of painting before hand and now its flaking as the piece twists...but thats another story! Grrrr).

Problem is is that I cant get all of the tabs to click in. Iv removed both arch guards so I can see inside but the tabs are pushing against the plastic holes and its just flexing with the valance as I push it.

Anyone had this problem before and figured out a techinque???

Thanks all!

What type of bumper do you have?

It would probably be easier if you remove the rear bumper to attach the valance as you'll be able to see better....only takes 5mins to remove it.

Thats a good idea! The clips in the middle just flex with the plastic holes when I push on them cus I cant get any resistance from the inside.... I neva thought of that!

Iv got a prefacelift but wanted to colour code it before I get the exhaust done. Guess I'll have to wait until next weekend to get it sorted now though!

Cheers for that!

When i did mine, i started from near the reflectors and worked my way to the middle, then from the other side of the reflectors to the ends, Just give it a good whack and it will go on

Yeah I thought of that. I think im gona remove the rear bumper tonight and get the valance on properly with a bit of vaseline. Then I'll have to sort out the mess thats left of the re-spray with a touch up.
