Hi Mike

in the link to your thread there says there is a repair kit for broken washer jet as i have followed a few of these threads and checked all the connectors and some were loose but not disconnected so have fastened them all back up and no water is coming out of the rear washer

i pulled the pipe off the back of the motor and its coming out of there with plenty of pressure so it seems the jet is blocked somehow so does anyone know if this is easy to fix

I attempted to repair my rear washer hose yesterday as it was not working at all. I removed the boot lid interior and I will just add:

Position yourself inside the boot itself and bring down the door, after removing the two screws in the grab handles you can then pull off the trim a lot easier. I attempted to pull it off whilst the boot was open and I broke off one of the plastic brackets that hold the clips into the boot door. They are held in very tight so you need to apply some force.

After I removed the boot trim I found that the washer hose was still connected!

I then followed the hose down and there is another connection within the housing behind the rear seatbelt - N/S. There are three screws to remove and then the housing just pulls off. This is where my hose had disconnected so I recconected it there - simply pushed it back on. I would reccomened checking here first because it is so much easier to access and you wont break anything.

I reassembled all of the interior and now my rear washer jet works but it does not jet the water out much at all. I dont mind this because I have sorted out the leak and the steamy rear window.

Will I need a new rear washer motor?

I have just found this thread: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=275493&page=2

It may be a leak under the front passenger side dash because my mat was wet here tis morning and I couldn't figure out why.
