Rear wheels are out of shape

i went to see the seat ibiza, i looked at the service history, i saw it on the bills, it say both wheels are out of shape 100milertorque. What does this mean?

the milertorque is a measurement unit I am not familiar with.

i had test droved it, dun seem anything strange....also they will give me a new mot so shouldn't be anything major
