As far as I know, it should do. Don't know why SEAT didn't fit them in the first place, although I'd wait for some confirmation of that from someone who owns a mk5 before you buy
Part number seems weird 6Q isn't a VW Group chassis number. Not sure if it will fit, you might be better of asking David on Sere what the part number should be for the 6J Ibiza http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=249

Haha! I de-wipered my old car, and didn't miss it. But for some reason I use my rear wiper a fair bit on this car.
I don't doubt its the same generic wiper motor/washer combo thats been stuck in small VAGs since the 90's. Or if its different, not by much. If you go out to your car and see if the nut currently under the cover is 13mm, I'm 90% sure it'll go no problem.
