Hi there,

Will Recaro Evo 3s fit in my Leon S?

Is supermarket fuel poorer than fuel company fuel?

What can I do to restore my 8 year old car to roughly it's original power? And what can I do to boost it?

im pretty sure supermarkets use other companys products and put thier own name on it, so im guessing tescos 99octaine fuel will be shells v-power,i could be wrong so dont quote me on that

Ahhh ok. Has anyone had rolling road with different fuels??

What about increasing the NA power of the engine? up from the standard 105bhp?

I use to run mine on v-power and nothing else untill i tried tesco 99, it actually runs better on the tesco 99
Im at awesomes rolling road day on saturday and last year at there rolling road day it was running on shell v-power, this time its going to be on tesco 99 so i will see if there is actually any difference with power, i doubt there's much in it to be honest, although with the tesco its more consistant.

I'd recommend Shell V-Power fuel-wise... it has additives which help look after your engine - and my car feels much more urgent with V-Power compared to Total Excellium and BP Ultimate fuels. Never tried supermarket fuel - wouldn't want to either.

Get your car to a good garage (best to use a good VAG tuner IMO) and give it a full oil and filter service, get your spark plugs changed and any other servicable parts done too. Has the cambelt/waterpump been changed at the right intervals? Also a Forge DV and cotton air filter will help your engine breathe a little better. If you get it remapped then an uprated TIP might be a good choice too. Don't forget to look at bushes all-round as these can go soft and won't be doing their job. Uprated dogbone mount is worthwhile too. Any spare cash left after this then get the upper and lower S3 strut braces bolted on.

Can't help you with the seats sorry bud.

I always use V-power and with my V-power card I get money back at the end of the month so if you add it up there's only a slight difference in price.

Oh! and get this! I often go to Poland as I have alot of family over there and they sell V-Power RACING (100 RON). What I can't understand is why is it over there and not over here?

There was a Shell-Citi credit card that offered 3% cashback on fuel purchases, but might not be available to new customers atm.
