I'm so happy, in trying to remove the catalytic from the turbo a bolt has snapped off [:@]

By the time I've removed the turbo and tried to extract the stud remnant, a procedure I've never quite had luck with, I might as well get a recon one in and upgrade to the ARL version.

Anyone care to recommend any suppliers?

I used gap turbo and my mechanic recommended them,

He has fitted hundreds and only had one go wrong.

They normally exchange with the same turbo you give in,

ring them and see if they can help you

Hi mate, was this a bolt on and off you go or did you have to set-up any??

The Turbo or the Actuator are you referring to?

If the Turbo then a straight swap but need a remap to make the most of it... which is happening this Saturday :)

If the Actuator then also a straight swap but in taking the old one off measure the placement of the adjuster nut and copy that onto the new, it will be close enough.

The Actuator is easy to replace if 1. you have thin arms to squeeze down the back and 2. take it off by undoing the support arm, the inner nut holding the Actuator to the arm is an almighty pain to take off otherwise.
