if you take the wheel and arch liner off you will see most of it easy enough

Maybe he is just a chav like init and wants to make a max power cover car.

The only covering most max power cars should get is petrol, followed by a match.

Not saying this is going to turn out that way, but it'll be a lot of work and restraint not to go OTT modding.
