i have just enquired about getting mine done. i asked if they can switch it back and forth for me aswell i dont see the point in getting the sps switch as i will only switch it back when going in for servicing/work etc and my revo dealer is 1/4 mile away from my seat dealer which is handy to say the least! i did ask if the sps is discounted if purchased at the same time as the remap just waiting to hear back.
The SPS isn't discounted at the same time as purchasing unfortunately, it's still £149. Unless different dealers decide to a better offer i guess.
Just booked mine in 5 minutes ago for next Thursday
£352 all in. They said it would take an hour and a half, which was a shock as i was under the impression it could be done in under 45 minutes.

See i'm really tempted to save all the hassle and buy the switch at the same time, but seeing as i hadn't even budgetted for the map itself its quite a stretch to buy it as well. However with the 20% vat in Jan and the price going back up i will have near enough saved the same amount of money as the switch would cost..
I got mine at Gti Inters so cant comment on price but when I was asking Revo back in October 2009 this was the reply was RE cost:

they just got back to me and said they could knock of the VAT of the switch if i brought it at the same time as the remap but thats still 150 quid!!

An hour and a half????!!!!!! Shiiiiiaaaaaattttt, I am sure mine and Mardons was much quicker than that at inters.
Yeah it wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the fact i'm gonna have to sit there re-reading the autotrader mag they'll have over and over for all that time. Hopefully it'll be quicker than that as i then have to go over to another garage and have the bov spacer fitted.

And my remap going to take half a day :0 That's what you get for having an my11 thou
Yeah i don't think i could take the frustration of fitting it myself after the weeks i've had recently lol Thought i may as well have it over and done with while picking it up

just booked my cupra in for REVO tomorrow, said they'd need it for about 2 hours but i dont care. going to get the select plus switch too, just so im not limited to v-power only
