Remove bottom section of bumper.....?

Does anybody know how to get the bottom section (the plastic bit) on 1.4 off the bumper? I really don't wanna remove the whole bumper because its a pain to put back on on my own! but I want to paint the plastic section but i cant get it off!!!??

It's moulded onto the bumper, not really removable

If I were you I'd keep your eyes open for a Cupra front bumper & just fit that... quicker & longer lasting

the only problem is I'm cheap and a bit broke atm... I also kindof like the fact its not gonna turn out to be a cupra lookalike! (ill save that for when i can afford a cupra )
