I removed my clocks yesterday then refitted them. I now know that i should have disconnected the battery before dismantling them.

Anyway, now the car just starts up for a second then cuts out.

My questions are:

What has actually happened to the car?
What version of immobilizer does the mk3 Ibiza Cupra have?
Where can i find the SKC number?

Cheers

The clocks are immobilised hence the one second cut out.

Does anyone know how to reprogramme this immobiliser or do they have to go to a Main dealer?

I must have disturbed a cable or not had something plugged in properly. Readapted the keys and she was spot on. No need for the numbers from SEAT UK - thank f**k

Good to hear it's sorted now.

I've had my clocks out a few times and never disconnected the battery and everything was fine. In fact, on the conterary, I was advised not to disconnect the battery or I might lose the codes?
